This concrete pad was reinforced with steel rebar and using a type of foundation design known as a raft foundation. Needing to support a considerable weight, it was important that the design and specification of concrete complied with the Client's design standards. 

This piece of equipment known as a 'Impact Mole' is used on occasions where excavation is restricted or to reduce disruption and scarring caused by other dig methods. The Mole uses hydraulic pressure to bore through material, creating a void, allowing for pipes or other underground apparatus to be inserted. 

This garden was created to provide a calming place for employees to rest and enjoy a little piece of tranquility, amongst a busy industrial area. The garden consists of a 136,000 liter pond and a variety of over 6000 plants, trees and shrubs. The walkway was designed in a loop and at a specific width to ensure access to individuals with mobility issues or concerns.
