About Us

MGC Developments is a family run business based in Wiltshire, established in 2020 by Matthew Cole.  MGC actually owes it's beginning to a very energetic and needy Hungarian Vizsla pup called Baxter! 

At the start of 2020 Matt and his wife became the proud dog parents of Baxter. Soon after, the COVID-19 pandemic arrived and so during the restrictions, in an attempt to help Baxter become independent, Matt and his wife decided to set up working in their freezing cold Garage (Matt can be seen working hard on the left!).

After what felt like an incredibly long two weeks, Matt had enough of the cold and decided that he was going to convert the garage into a fully functioning office.... and so it began! This small project re-ignited Matt's passion for property development. 

Over the years, Matt has held many roles which has enabled him to build MGC Developments. Originally training as a Plumber, Matt has since obtained his Civil Engineering and Project Management qualifications and has spent several years working in the Utilities sector undertaking network repairs and maintenance, deep sewer repairs and much more.

Matt has a fantastic construction team and works very closely with trusted and reliable contractors, who deliver excellent work. 

So the only thing to say is... thank you Baxter for the inspiration!
